Saying I was eligible for a discount for being a Victorian resident. Knew my address, but nothing else. never said where he was from, and said that he was going to change my discount amount and send out paperwork with everything. I hung up, as he wouldn’t give me a name or company.

Call them after hours and then choose option 5 to opt out of taking their spam calls

A male who can hardly speak English and has rung numerous times and asks for Margaret and when I said my name wasn't Margaret he asked for my name which I declined and hung up.

My ring tone when someone calls me is the iPhone 'Note' sound which is 1 bell sound with a vibration. When the # called me today at 4:13pm, it was 3 bells and it hung up. Called it back and definitely a spam call.

This call centre in India has purchased a list containing my first name and mobile number. I managed to get this information from them before the conversation became heated regarding privacy. Incredible that they can call from India but come up as an 02 NSW prefix
