Call center selling some software I never wanted or even asked about, I am on the do not call register but he said he was exempt. Had to hang up as he would not listen or take no for an answer, now he call back weekly to follow up on why I won't buy his software.

An IT mob that want me to run my business better with their product. Had to hang up on the idiot because he would not listen to me and kept talking. If these fools want to run my company, they should at least make an offer to purchase it first.

Very rude and doesn't take no for an answer. His tactic is to intimidate to be put through to management and as I wouldn't budge he was just plain rude. I would have taken a message and I also gave him an email address which is monitored by the MD!We have a support line for customers only and he keeps calling through to it ands it's impacting our business. The function of our line is clearly indicated by our IVR system and we have other options which a considerate person would choose.

Was referred to them as part of an IT survey which I agreed to but they call constantly and won't leave a message and when you call them back they had no idea about the survey or the product that was being offered. Also appears to redirect to USA as operator sounded American.

This number belongs to Solar Winds, a legitimate IT company. As far as I know, they don't use telemarketers.

Told them im with another provider now purely because they kept calling me - persistance doesnt always pay off when you annoy the sh*t out of someone
