They're a SCAM! I caled the real uni and they dont know the number.

I called back number (02) 8397 7398 reached IVR for a university called Western Sydney University.

called student to congratulate on offer
and check if they need assistance with course enrolment or disability support

Based on the comments here it’s from WSU. Looks like they’re calling me after I sent an email to follow up my online short course enrolment. I don’t know why would they call if I email them then they should respond with an email too. If that makes sense.

got a call from this number, claimed its western sydney university to.update my imfo for alumni. sound very suspecious when she started asking me my personal information.

It's Western Sydney University calling to confirm the invitation of those who have expressed interest in attending open days or seminars that are being held on their campuses. They got your number if you had put it down on one of their online forms regarding these events. They're NOT telemarketers! :)
