Caller: Indian lady, said from hipages

Pretending to be from hipages. This is not the first company doing this (could be same company). Have been scammed before $300 from another number, lucky I got my money back from credit card company.

The indian lady asked if I was happy with hipages leads, and if I was happy with the price hipages is charging. Before she said what she's offering, I asked for an email to be sent to me. This is the quickest way to make sure it is actually from hipages. She paused and said "Ok thank you" knowing she cannot send an email from hipages, and hanged up.

I called back number (02) 8396 9496 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

They did the same to me, the guy had Indian accent and claimed to be from Hipages.

Caller: Said they were Hipages

BUSINESS PEOPLE BEWARE. They say they are from HIPages but they are NOT. Trying to sell you an advertising deal and presumably get you bank details. Had just arranged a new deal with Hipages so was suspicious. Checked by phone with Hipages and this is NOT one of their numbers. They have phoned 3 times today.
