Dont think this bloke realised I had answered. He was talking to someone saying "I have a kid on the way, I need money"

SCAM/SPAM - Strong accent asked me if I was [name not quite correct] to which I asked what was the purpose of the call, so they hung up.

Answered this call, silence from them for about 5 seconds, then hangs up. BLOCKED

I find it amazing that TELSTRA or the AFP can not trace a number !!!
How useless are these two departments?

Just got a from them too, that do not call register is a bloody waste of time. Have been on it for years and still get the calls. Is there a way to block the number?

Just got called from this number. Silence then background noise as their call system connected up one of their call centre people. Wouldn't tell me their organisation name. Kept asking for me (I never answer with my name on the phone) and hung up when I asked them what their business was

He told me off for saying no before the spiel and then when I said I was on the do not call he smirked and said a challenge and then said it was really rude of me to not hear him out. I was busy at the time.

Tried to offer me some sort of seminar. Guy was yelling into phone and in a noisy environment. When I said I wasn't interested, the guy demanded to know why I was "miserable". I told him he was an abusive so-and-so, and hung up.

Scam call. claiming to be something to do with shares. Told him I am on do not call register so I terminated the call.

Aggressive tele-marketer who called me "extremely rude" when I asked that he not call my private number again. Blocked.

sales call from a place called easy something. English guy with a lot of noise in the background so was hard to hear. Told him I was at work and can't talk, he said "why you answering your phone then" and hung up on me

Started a marketing spiel. Told him I wasn't interested but he persisted. I hung up & then blocked the number.

Just missed a call. Also tried to callback and number is disconnected. How does that work?

Had call but did not answer. Samsung S7 said was a telemarketer.Have now blocked number.
