SCAM!! I would love to know who they are as I am on the 'do not call' register

I called back number (02) 8317 4982 reached IVR for echo test.

I am over answering any number I do not know, they do not leave a msg. Therefore, I win and waste their time & money..

Something needs to be done not just by Telstra but by all carriers, telco suppliers, and our "Government"

So fed up with this.

Solar rebate program call - usual spam rubbish call. If we wanted to buy solar panels we'd be calling them! Just sick of these time wasting spammers trying to get me to buy things I don't want. These idiots have changed how I use my phone - if I don't recognise the caller or the number then I let them go to voicemail. If they leave a message then they really wish to speak to me about something that matters.
Do these people actually have success selling things from these calls??
