I received a phone call from this number with a female caller and was asked if I could hear her. When I said yes, she did not respond and she again asked if I could hear her. I said yes again and the call was terminated. There was a lot of background noise.

Spoke very quickly, muffled sound, lots of background noise and although speaking broken English, the message could not be understood even after repeated playbacks.

I called back the number (02) 8317 1395 and reached vm that did not mention the company name

A very noisy background, muffled voice, suspect call centre environment.
Offering an unsecured business loan to a company closed years ago. Suspicious indeed, don't give her any details.
