why don't the pricks leave me alone, everyday they are calling

I am a member of insurance line and they keep calling me trying to upsell another insurance product :/ it’s really annoying. I’m beginning to wonder if they are actually a legit/decent insurance company as it now seems nore like a ‘wolf of wall street’ company who’s just after everyone’s money. Has anyone ever made a claim with insurance line, was it a smooth process ?? Am I wasting my money on this company ???
