Constantly ringing both land line and mobile, often simultaneously, but won't leave message. Just changed to NBN and had to delete Message Bank, so I am not the only one. They need a better life.

Got a missed call 10 am Sunday morning. From reading this I am presuming it is about a complaint I made to Telstra. Considering I requested email correspondence and NOT a phone call (especially on a Sunday) its wierd to expect someone to answer an unknown number!

Telstra ringing to follow up a problem but when they ring over 15 times in a few hours in a work day it's a bit much ... even two calls so far on Easter Sunday ... if I still have a issue or problem i would ring to resolve it

Non stop calls on landline and on mobile. Caller does not leave a message. I did contact Telstra to remove message bank from the landline. However, how do I know this is Telstra ringing back to find out if the matter was resolved (it was) if they don't leave a message or text? Indian scammers are crawling like cockroaches all over the internet - become a victim and your life will be hell afterwards. I should know.

This Indian person has called me several times on my private unlisted number, how is it that I pay Telstra each month to have a private/silent number and this turkey can call me to discuss a supposed accident I or my family had been involved in, when I told this ignorant twit that I was recording his conversation he verbally abused me and how is it these idiots are allowed to use a telephone service to do this to Telstra customers.

Telstra calling me back around an issue I raised (I.e. not unsolicited, not a sales call).

Telstra outsourced sales department. Not very professional or 'service'. Trying to apply the McDonald up sell model under the guise of 'helping' customers with 'service'. Avoid them. If you want to upgrade your contract do it in store, though the official Telstra number or online.

Could be Telstra, but i have no idea really. The unsolicited call goes to voicemail but they don't leave a message. Well done Telstra, just continuing the same crap service we are used to.

Called me tonight at 7:30pm in regards to a technical call I put in to Telstra last week about my internet connection. My modem had frozen, Telstra fixed it and the call tonight was a follow up to ensure everything was still working OK and I was happy with the technical assistance I had received. All legit.

Pretty sure it's their "Complaints" section overseas. I think Australia Telstra has outsourced this department also overseas. Good luck for third world workers but what about how unemployed? Also the overseas one is abysmal. Go to the Telstra shop and kick up a stink. They have no right to subject us to this totally, messed up system!
Go to Ombudsman - anyone who will listen. The "service" they provide is a joke.

I received a call from this number, the woman calling asked for me by name, then asked if I was home alone and offered me phone sex. I am not kidding this really happened.
