This is a scam number.

They said that this call was from Citi Bank, asked my date of birth. I didnt answer, and they hung up.

Called pretending to be Virgin Money - asking identification details

Caller: Citiphone

They did not identify as such but that is what my phone recognised them as being. Stated they represent every bank you can possible think of in regards to credit card disputes.
Did not call me, sent me a text saying that they had been unsuccessful in calling them so to call them back, which I did as Ironcially I sent a phone off for repair yesterday.
Def scammers

This number called and when I called back he kept saying it’s Adrian from customer service (foreign accent) I said customer service where? He said Bank of Queensland ..I said thanks, sounds like a scam and hung up !

They knew my name - rang and said “is this x” and then hung up

Caller: Virgin Money

They called to confirm my credit card application is submitted and being processed.

Answered a call from this number at 9.30pm to be hung up on. I called the number back this morning. There is a message at the begining saying the call is recorded. They were very vague when I kept asking who it was. In the end they said they are calling from Bank of Queensland, so I hung up!

They called because my VM credit card had been handed into the police station

Suncorp Bank

They called 5 times on my mobile. When I called back they did not idenfy themselves but asked for our Visa card number, so I hung up.

Just had a conversation with this number. It's from Citibank.

Claimed to be calling from Bank of Queensland.

This is Citibank/Virgin Money.

They identified themselves as calling from "Virgin". That could be Virgin Mobile, Virgin Money, Virgin freakin cola for all I know...

Does anyone know who this is?

Just answered a call from this number (after having missed a few).  Definitely Citibank customer service.
