Claiming to be from woolworths home and contents insurance.
I hung up immediately after they asked for full name, date of birth and address.

previous comments say it's from ANZ to sell Insurance but i have a different story.

They told me i have prepaid service with woolworths mobile, and asked me whether i still want insurance and postpaid mobile phone plan.

Did woolworths sell my information to ANZ?

Yep - definitely a ANZ Insurance marketing call to sell you ANZ Insurance. You probably received a brochure from ANZ insurance in past few days. They never leave a message and usually dont ring out to voice mail as that is a connected call and hence has call costs.

Seems a little suss, they have called me twice too now and hang up before I can answer. I would say this is a scam if they cant identify which ANZ branch they are calling from and wont leave a message.
I definitely wont be answering theses calls or accepting anything they are offering.

I got a call from this number and they wanted to sell me insurance policy and flood of information and at the end they wanted me to agree so they lock me in deal and debit my account in 7 days, I told them, give me a day to think about it or discuss with partner but they were bent on to say "Yes" now, I don't even know if this is real or it is an scam....weired

Number calls frequently and hangs up every time. I have tryed to stop them calling by talking to the ANZ bank manager and there is no record of any ANZ number calling. I convinced its a scam...!

I keep getting calls from this number, never picked though. But like other posters, I receive their call on Tuesday mornings.

I received call just now and answered it was ANZ ??? when I ask "which ANZ?" they hung up.
Always receiving call on Tuesday and Thursday morning.
