Yes . . . this IS Spintel callback service . . . a very nice young lady with a robotic Phillipino-American sounding voice phoned me back to give me a progress report on my new NBN connection which I am still waiting for . . .

According to other sites, this belongs to spintel and I believe I'm getting a call back about my service. However, whenever I pick up, I get music playing in the background. Am I supposed to drop everything and hold on to the phone? How utterly rude.

I called back number (02) 8263 7905 reached IVR of a company I can't understand the name, though it mentioned spincal something. Based on the IVR it mentioned dsl connection so possible ISP provider?
