A message was by a female sounding voice in Chinese. It was hard to hear, and had background noise. Answered and they were speaking chinese so i hung up and immeditely blocked the number Unknown, left message in Chinese Caller: Bank of China

I have blocked the number a million times this year - they keep getting a new number and doing the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!! So fed up.
