It's just the Sydney Symphony Orchestra's box office and customer service number. If you've bought tickets to previous concerts they may be keen to sell you a subscription or ask for a donation. Even a full house at the Sydney Opera House doesn't pay their bills, so they'll sometimes ask for a donation. Not really pushy, though, and it's not a scam.

I just got a call today. I did not pick it up as I was busy. They called me before and the reason was to ask you to donate as it is close to financial year end.

Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Even though I opted out and emailed them to remove me from lists they still call me.

Just got another call again. got few others previously this year. did not answer. probably asking for year end donation again.

I got a crank phone call asking for me by name then they laughed and hung up. Very bizarre

I noticed the number on our calling number display but was not home at the time the call came in. Now received an email from Sydney Symphony that there was a change to the concert we booked tickets for.

I would think that this was just a courtesy call to check whether we may wish to exchange the tickets for another concert. (We don't. We love the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and are looking forward to another great performance!)

Just got a missed call from this number.

I answered, its Sydney Symphony and was a pleasant call, just asking for concert feedback to improve the experience and let me know about similar concerts coming up...I actually enjoyed it. not pushy or marketing at all.

I keep getting calls from them now...weird...i havent picked up yet lol

I only went to one concert - now they're gonna bother me forever and a day?  D'oh!
