Claim to be debt collectors and call you multiple times a day

Didnt even ring as i blocked the call previously when had a questionable call from this number requesting details.

Caller: Aaron

Called and asked to speak to my son, wouldn't tell me where he was calling from. Call came through as private number. I asked for his number to pass details onto my son. I called it back and Aaron answered but gave no company details.

I called back number (02) 8199 2100 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Been getting SMS about a Telstra debit addressed to Raymond, only the number is with Optus and I'm not called Raymond! You would think they would know if they are from Telstra, they would know if the number was with Telstra!

Some times they leave a message some times they don't.
Actually they call on any number 8199 21??.
One message said I had a Foxtel debt and another call was about a Belong debt and yet another was a Red debt. Not waisting my time on calling back since I have never had services from any of these companies.

I called back number (02) 8199 2100 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

He called me starting he was from credit Corp saying that I have a $750 Telstra bill that needed to be paid...
Problem is the last time I was with Telstra was 25 years ago,.
Scam be careful

I got a call and then a text message asking for my husband to call this number, asking to call Erickson. After a quick Google search, I couldn't locate a relevant Australian company by this name so I blocked it.

Person claims to work for a debt collector and very persistent in asking for your personal details. Sounds like a scam, be very careful and don't hand over your details

Speaking with the person on this number who was very persistent with obtaining my personal details made me furious!!! I dont care who you work for, but if you ask my personal information, I will ask first who you represent. The person on the other line couldn't even identify where they are from ... Frustrated!!!
