Called asking for Irish?, then realised the mistake and said my name, by then I hung up, is a binary system, didn't take 2 mins, since I signed for something online!

I called back number (03) 9417 1395 spoke to a woman who said company name is BigOption.

They've called me regarding BigOption binary online trading system I signed up for and now want my passport, credit card, a copy of a utility bill scanned and sent to them for confirmation of who I am, saying that it was compliant, below is from their website. When I asked to be given the website where the compliance information is shown, they hung up! Frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In our well-meaning attempt to protect our traders’ funds, BigOption works according to Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations. Our compliance department ensures that all documents required are relevant and updated according to international standards.

Traders are required to send all documents (filled and signed) pertaining to identification/verification procedures to the Compliance department on BigOption within a delay not exceeding 24 hours following the funding of their trading account

Documents to be submitted:
Proof of Identity – A full coloured scanned copy of your passport, driver license or a government issued ID card. Kindly make sure your scanned copy of ID is clearly visible.
Proof of Address – A valid utility bill such as water, electricity or gas bill. The bill should not be more than 3 months old. If you do not possess any utility bill on your name, please download the Declaration of Address Form here.
Proof of Payment – Scanned copies of both the back and front of your credit card. Front Side – please note that the first 12 digits of the credit card can be hidden. Back side – please make sure the CVV is covered.
Deposit Confirmation Form – Download the form here, fill out your credit card transactions information and sign. Please note that you will have to fill the Deposit Confirmation Form for every transaction you make via credit card.

Same - when I rang back - American accent - number not in service.

Same deal - two rings then only a painful American accented message telling me the number is not in service.
Ignorance on a grand scale!!

I called back number (02) 8188 4266 it says the number I have dialed is not in service anymore.
