Caller: Hacker/Scammer. Another Voip Call Hacker? Appears to be another of MANY missed calls that I have been getting lately, starting with "02 8XXX XXXX" Missed call. I called back, and I got the message "this call could not be connected. Please check the number, then try again." Added to the blocked number list. Note: 02 8 numbers are not even used Sydney phone numbers.
