Received a call this afternoon, but did not answer it. Suspected it was a nuisance call.

Usual call centre noises & accent. When asked who was calling, he said Hello and used my surname. When asked again, he cut the call. No goodbye! Hope he's not as persistent as the withheld number calls that we've been getting.

Indian call center. When I answer the line is silent for a couple of seconds. Then calls me by my maiden name which is at least nine years old. I have blocked many "global wealth and retirement" callers. They call back on another number. Mention you're on the do not call register and they hang up instantly.

Called asking for someone with our lastname but a firstname that no one had, told him my name and then he tried to act like he knew who i was stating i work full time and have a home in sydney which both are wrong so i knew he was bs, also had the common voice of a scammer

A hang up call. Supposedly out of Bankstown.

All ends as soon as I answer it. I suggest to block the caller and number. I have blocked many numbers, as they keep creating new ones.

Claiming to be Telstra

scum spam. OPTUS YOU SUCK. started getting all these type of calls from so many different numbers when i got my number from you. I think they are "you" Optus. Do not call register isn't worth pissin on.

This number has called my mobile today. Hung up immediately when I answered. I called the number back and it has an automated message stating that a certain extension is unavailable, please leave a message.

yes this was definitely from india call centre, she hung up straight away when I asked her where she was calling from and asked about the address of the company, she couldn't answer it.

Asks if your are working home owner and tells me I can get money back from the Australian Taxation Department, as if.. asks if I am happy so I told them I was very happy and hung up. have had calls twice in two days now putting a block on them.

Asked me about a house I own for a government payment. Very bad english, address was from a house I lived in 15yrs ago and hung up when I challenged him for more information.

SCAM.

They kept calling me from yesterday and a lady with an Asian accent talks about some irrelevant issues!
