Caller: Tax lawsuit scam audio message

Just received a call from ((02) 8091 7609 on Sat 16:15 15DEC2018

There was a recorded audio message only, referred to tax law suits and gave a reference no (which I was not able to write down in time) and said if I don't call back I would be arrested??
The nerve of these scammers to try and scare genuine honest people in the world, THEY should be arrested and prevented from harassing the public asap.

I got audio messages.that i have to call back otherwise they will leave arrest warrant against me.when i called back phone line was busy.
