It's flexi-rent wanting to know why you haven't paid your bill..

I called Flexirent on 1800 647 461 to complain. After a long wit on hold, without any greetings, they asked my contract number. As a have no contract with them I said that I have no contract but here is my phone. The woman just hung up on me then with no other words. NOT GOOD FLEXIRENT.

I then rang Harvey Norman Head Office on (02) 9201 6111 to complain about the company they promote and have dealings with and they said that they cannot do anything about it and to call the local store. I asked them if they had no concerns that Flexirent was dragging their name through the mud and she said that there is nothing Head Office can do about it. NOT GOOD HARVEY NORMAN.

I then called local store and they said that they will talk with the Flexirent Rep. Lets see what happens.

Its Flexirent who as I understand it work on behalf of Harvey Norman. Call Flexirent on 1800 647 461 or Harvey Norman Head Office on (02) 9201 6111 and complain as I have done.

This is unbelievable I have received (minimum) 60 to 70 phone calls from this number in the last 10 days. 20 calls last Saturday alone!!!!. Every time I have answered there is NOTHING or NO ONE at the other end,and when I have called back on the number it just disconnects. Not even the courtesy of a recorded message. Yesterday afternoon we again received a call and finally their was someone to talk to (pity I was not Home at the time) my son answered the call but they would not speak with him as he was not the person on the contract and was asked for my wife to contact FLEXIRENT on 1800 647 461. My wife contacted them and was told that all contracts HAD been finalised. (total of 2 items, a Television and a Laptop purchased at Harvey Norman). TV was finalised around 4 years ago and lap top had been finalised around 2 years ago. SO WHY THE BLOODY CALLS!!! Another 2 calls this morning. I have since spoken to Flexirent and Harvey Norman Head Office to vent my frustrations and I am currently waiting for a call back from Harvey Norman. NOT GOOD FLEXIRENT and HARVEY NORMAN.

Sick to death of these calls and Telstra not doing anything about it - even after constantly complaining

I missed a call from (02) 8081 6700 on my work desk phone. When I tried calling it back the rocorded message I get is "The number you have dialled is not in service..."

I'll just ignore it from now on... just like I do with "blocked" numbers. Have a nice day.

If they ring me one more time I will go to their telemarketing offices and disconnect their frigging phone lines. I dont even have flexirent items wtf?

How do we get in contact with that company? They are scammers! Where do I put a complaint through

So I had a missed call from them today at lunch. I googled the number and found it was for a company called Flexi Rent. I have never heard of them and have nothing that myself or my partner are paying off through any rent to buy companies. I called the company back on the 1800 240 102 number and was asking why they called and what it was about. They have no idea why I was called as it was proven that they have nothing with my number on. It was apparently a mistake call and apologised. Now I just hope they don't start calling since they checked my number...... haha

It is Flexirent chasing a late payment for a hire agreement normally on items purchased from Harvey Norman, be careful they keep charging the rent after the term is complete.

Have been getting ph calls every couple of days for the last month. I have limited service so most of the time the call drops out. Sick of it. If I ever get a chance to talk to someone I will be doing my nut at them

I finally picked this up the other day. Turns out its Flexi rent. The auto voice message hangs up on you after about 2 minutes if a rep hasnt picked up the call. then they call you back.

The auto message does actually say something about a holden as well.

I received a call from this number and called it back but got a busy sound, I had a call from a similar number and it kept calling me, and each time I called back the answering service would say ' we are unable to take this call' then hangs up, it was just one day of fluke when I actually answered the call and a young lady said she was from a solar system, I cut her short and told her how pissed off I was with her company who had been calling for almost 3 months, I told her not interested and take my number off mind you my number was private, she apologized and hung up, so I'm thinking they are back to their tricks again because I just received an answered call from this number I mentioned above. So it could be the telemarketers up to no good how damn annoying and I'm suppose to be in the no call register.

Does anyone know who this number is ? It keeps ringing my partners phone, and i don't know who it is, can anyone help!

Its a company called flexi Rent.

It called me today, a girl said Hello then it hung up.  Its obviously a land line number but when I called back it told me the mobile I was calling was switched off.

Its possibly a small recruitment company?

This number has rung my mobile so many times. When I try to return the call as soon as they've hung up it says its switched off. I also just got a message from optus missed call service saying and I quote
"This is an important message for Lexie Group for a contract Holden(?) listed on our system at this phone number".

Please note that this number is a private on 0400 048 727 and if the number that rang thegs number 0400 048 727 from the number of (02) 8081 6700 if the person ring the number in question will be in serious trouble and also will go to the high Authories and will end into legal proceedin
