People keep calling me from random numbers (today 0432 340 553, 0432 718 944) saying they are going to close my bank account , is police going to do anything

Many different phone no’s all over Australia calling to tell me they are closing my bank account.

Am completely fed up with them a holes

Caller claimed to be from Ebay this time, checking on a gift card purchase. When I asked for the method of payment caller hung up.
Phone no. gives a message that "the account no. is not valid".

Scam.! Claimed calling from Telstra technical department noticing my internet connection dropping out lately. When I asked for proof if he was really calling from telstra, not scammer. He told me off and hung up.

Caller: Claimed to be Telstra ("Eddie Cartum")

Caller claimed to be from Telstra, telling me that I had 'suspicious activity" on my internet connection that he would help me resolve. When asked for proof that he was calling from Telstra he gave the address of the Telstra store in central Melbourne, despite the call coming from this NSW number. Attempted to get me to do stuff on my computer for him. I asked him to contact my service provider and tell them to deal with it and contact me. He threatened to cut off my service and hung up. The same caller also contacted me from multiple mobile phone numbers (04XX) during his attempts to win me over.

Indian accent, called me by name and claimed to be a crypto investment company from the Netherlands. I called scam and he hung up.

Robot caller saying my internet would be disconnected in four hours.

Said they were from commonwealth bank and asked if I’d made a $600 transaction to America.

Message was left by a robot voice advising me my bank account is closing due to ‘spacious’ activity. Telling me to press 1 for more info.

Robo scam call claiming accounts have been closed by sus activity and to press 1 for more info

Recorded voice said, we are closing your bank account due to specious information...

Missed the call & when I rang back it was an automatic
Message saying “this account number was not valid” - no company name or other options

My phone picked this up as a 'Potential Fraud'
I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Robocall saying bank account has been compromised & to press 1.
This number has numerous entries on another site with the same message & has been reported as to scamwatch.

I received a call from this number which I don't recognize, so I declined the call as I do now, but selecting a message saying I don't recognize the number, so I'll call back instead. When I called an automated message said: "This number is not valid." So it was blocked and added to my list I called Fake Calls. Block it so they don't bother you again. Add to a list of Fakes so you get a record of these fake numbers.
Basically , they want you to answer the call. They get paid for proving that they made a call connection for whatever their business is. If you answer, they get paid, the reason I decline with a message, then I call back. If they answer then I know who they are, if not then i know they are fake.

Scam call with computerized recorded message saying they are closing your bank account. Do not follow their command.

Recorded message saying "there has been suspicious activity on your bank account, press 1 for more information" so I just hung up. Block this number.
