Some people are saying it's Radio Rentals Call Center.
I rang my local store and ran the number by them. The receptionist checked and told me it IS NOT their Call Center.
Sorry for the capitals, just wanted it to stand out from the rest of my comment.

It is not a scam it was just a survey rating experience with Radio Rentals

Thorn put me on hold then the line went dead rang back twice put on hold so I just blocked the number

Radio Rentals called me from this number. My friend had put me down as a reference and they wanted to quickly cross-check his details.

It's not a scam number. Get a grip people. Its thorns office number where they do their surveys on customer experiences and feedbacks etc :/

It's just radio rentals.
But they are frustratingly hopeless from the call centre.. Your better off contacting the local store than ringing the call centre back.
