Not a scam caller, service centre number for BT. I'm an existing customer and receive a courtesy call every 12 months or so from this number to remind me to look at my policy.

Caller: Claimed to be Westpac

Delay before they spoke, didn't introduce themselves professionally but claimed to be calling from Westpac regarding an insurance policy and wanted to know if i had any questions or wanted to update any information.
Usure whether it was a real or fake call...
