Hi Rene, just responding to you wondering, who the valley is. It's Credit Corp debt collector, who play dirty tactics to all their contacts. They do not leave messages. There's the Agency that calls people got Credit Corp & then there's the Credit Corp debt collectors. They breach all debt collection regulations & people's rights.
They've & still do harass me & many people with many complaints & finds against them. There is a class act By the Royal Commission against Credit Corp & I too will report their harassment & submit it to the Royal Commission.
They use private number to call, various mobile numbers, they also use spoofed numbers to harass people. Once they start they leach. Credit Corp does not state the company name or the callers name when they call you. Credit Corp falsely uses the Privacy Act to withhold giving us their company name, but is illegal, because every business is a public entity & by law must present itself to those they call or deal with. You're not legally obliged to tolerate their illegal practices nor do have to accept their false privacy act spill that they use illegally. They've burned too many innocent people. Their Director is the same man that is the Ombudsman for the organisation that take complaints against Debt Collectors & by this nothing gets solved. Others have complained they paid their debts to Credit Corp, only to find that Credit Corp comes back for more money with lies & even after Credit Corp promised to remove debtors from debtors credit blacklist, Credit Corp failed to wipe clean the credit records. So this vicious cycles is used by Credit Corp's dirty tactics.
You have every right to refuse to talk to anyone that is not legally presenting it's company or their full names or staff I'd.
Do not give any of your personal details or admit anything to them over the telephone.
These complaints Can be made to ASIC, ACCC against Credit Corp. You can also report unknown numbers or harassing calls to your service provider.
Credit Corp & Panthers Finance Debt Collectors behave like vultures, break all rules & their business conduct & behaviour is like SCAMMERS. Avoid them at all cost & if harassment continues, report them.
We are all, already bombarded by SCAMMERS & our government has further caused us vulnerablity which has caused us fear, hesitation & withdrawal from answering our own phones & even using our computers in our own privacy.
We need to take action & abolish All debt collectors who deal on personal level & not for business debts.

Most likely Credit Corp (debt collection agency). Had 15+ calls since beginning of this month (Oct 2017). Permanent engaged signal when I attempted to call back (to advise the number they're calling is not linked to the person they're seeking).
Debt collection agencies use this tactic to determine if a potential debtors' number is active; then call back later using a different number.

Foxtel Box removed by the technician a year ago but the second box didn’t appear on their audit. I’ve been hassled for a year back and forth emails, anger, agony and stress desire telling them that it’s no longer In my possession. Yesterday I was referred to Credit Corp and demand for money that I didn’t owe. I need to speak and lidge a complaints to the Royal Commission please advise. I am taking it to the ombudsman for continues harassment

How scary these vulchers record our voices for VOICE PRINT.
Where's our protection from such invasion of our privacy & confidentiality.

Caller: Called himself Marvin Prada Reevis ( not sure how to spell it )

He left voicemail message and asked me to phone back and quote some random reference number, did not say where he was from or what it was about.
I Phoned the number back from a different phone and was told that it was an invalid number. was not intending to quote the reference number even if my call was answered. sounds dodgy

Today it was (02) 8042 1821 - I have been receiving a number of calls recently, an unidentified overseas number rang out yesterday morning, and early afternoon auto call voice message from (03) 9028 7556 claiming I was being investigated by the ATO, intimidating and indifferent tone and language. Six days ago another intimidating auto call voice message from (02) 9365 2845 saying I was about to be disconnected. I have blocked both all three known numbers. Why doesn't Telstra and the government do anything about this and why do we have to pay to have a silent number or be unlisted in the telephone directory?

Odd message where heavily accented sounding female, called me by name then asked if I knew a person (I didn't catch the name but it sounded middle Eastern/ Asian) and could I pass a message to him if I knew him.
Number now blocked.
Wonder if this was to voice grab my voiceprint??

He did not sound confident over the phone, he wanted to confirm my details i declined he said he was from a debt collection agency and I said i was from the ATO so he hung up i called the number back no connection ????
