"calling to talk about a banking matter"

No idea what bank or what they want and they wouldn't tell me without me giving my private details. Told them to send me a letter if it's important and hung up.

Probably Citibank after I saw other posts here & I've an outstanding dispute & told them at least 5 times not to call me, must be in writing. They did not leave a message to say who it was & I received lots of scam calls that's why I didn't answer!

Extremely shameful practices if they actually take the time to think about the way they do their job I eat debt collecting they could do it far more efficiently & not piss customers' off so much causing longer delays!!!!!

I got a letter yesterday from them why do they need to call me today. The frequency of contact delays me dealing with it!!!! It's not it's not life & death!!!! It's only about $1k.

Do Not answer them anything don't talk to them.

It's CitiBank - they have multiple telephone numbers to hide - total scam artists

I called back number (02) 8027 2619 reached voice mail but did not say from what company.
