Nobody answered, dead silence, definitely scam caller

First call nobody answered..........second call 15 minutes later spam fax to our landline.

Left a voice message that just kept going of a fax trying to come through. Called twice after hours.

This number is for Prodocom Pty Ltd, an internet marketing company in Sydney, call them on 1300 132 739 and tell them to F*ck Off.

Same problem here--this is driving me mad. Getting the same calls from (03) 9066 2300 and a private number too. This might mean I have to give up my landline.

Keeps faxing a landline! Really annoying! Have to keep stopping what I'm doing to answer the phone! Sometimes ring upto 5 times a day!

Yes same here. Several calls in a row. I run a business and have my landline diverted to my mobile when i'm out so I'm actually paying for these annoying calls. Costs me $1 per call...

Same as above - a fax trying to come thru... would like to see Telstra actually DO SOMETHING to stop these calls!

I was driven nearly mad for several days by a fax machine calling my landline.  My service provider (Optus) would't help, though they offered to block the number for a fee.  Telstra wouldn't help.  I ended up ringing the Do Not Call Register, because I'd been registered there for a while, and I figured it ought to have stopped these faxes.  When I spoke to them they said that automatic dialling from marketing fax machines was not covered, and yet when I look at their website now, I reckon it is covered.https://www.donotcall.gov.au/enqcomp.cfm   But if it isn't covered, it ought to be.    Someone from there took pity on me and offered to contact the company.  The company said that they would remove my number from their dialling list, but they "would prefer requests in writing".  Can you credit it?  This would be predicated on me knowing who had been making the calls!  You couldn't Google the number, except to discover a whole lot of other people complaining.  So, if the Do Not Call Register still doesn't cover these nuisance fax diallings, then we ought to be complaining to them anyway so they can put it in their Annual Report to their Minister, and we ought to be taking it up with our Federal members of Parliament to encourage them to legislate about it.  At the very least, they could oblige these mass marketing fax diallers to put the numbers they use on their website so the poor bloody *voter* can google the number and locate the offending machine and ask them to stop. (You'd think they'd want to stop it, because it must be costing them money to be dialling and being answered unsuccessfully.)Finally to their credit after relentless complaints from me, Optus did put a block on the number for a month for free.  After that, I got one call from the number you complained about, but it stopped after one go.  I was ready to take an axe to the machine by this time.  As it is a nuisance call coming through their service, this ought to be a first and free response from them.And there endeth the rant, soapboax removed.  I hope there is something there that may help.

Has sent a fax which converts to PDF in our system but cannot be opened.

I am getting the same as everyone else - a fax call from this number to my landline - Telstra are useless and say nothing can be done - won't even try to trace the number for me so I can ask them to stop - getting calls every business day for the past fortnight and it's really irritating!!

These faxes are from Dell computors. We have now had these start faxing us on 5 occassions and as it is a phone line it just keeps trying until the fax is sent. If you ring their 1800 numbers you get Malaysia but you can ask for Australia and they will put you through. Sydney direct is (02) 8972 5187. We should all ring, complain and advise them that because of this we will never buy Dell products

we had two calls from this number (02) 8026 1100  2.55am and again at 3.15am I would have choked the so and so if I got them.

This number keeps trying to send a fax to our landline.  I try to respond with a fax to tell them do NOT send fax to our landline.  The number is always engaged.
