Hang up when i answered

Not that we haven't guessed it Coles Insurance by now, but just want to add to the frustration here so everyone knows this is not a 'one-off' error on Coles part. Getting very frustrating.

Two calls every second day for about 3 weeks. Ive had to block the number

I called back number (02) 8015 7655 rang once then goes to busy tone

I called back number (02) 8015 7655 reached voice mail for a company called Coles Insurance.

Scam. They called the mobile phone I set up for my kids when they go to their fathers. No insurance policies at all with coles .

I just joined car Coles insurance, this number keep ringing me. I have to block this number, for sake of saving $50 dollars cause me so much inconvenience.

I got same call from same number but nothing on the other end..

I recently signed up with Coles Home and Contents Insurance. I missed a call from this number. At least I know it isn't important.

Same as the other comments. I have very recently signed up to Coles car insurance. I have received 1 missed call from this phone and just got another call in which I answered and there was no answer on the other end and then they hung up. Firstly I never ring back missed calls unless they leave a msg and I know who they are, secondly once I pick up a call from a place and they wait and then hang up I block the number. Scam behaviour. Is be interested to know if my details have been sold.

Joined Coles insurance to save money but now getting bombarded with constant missed calls, no messages and it's getting ridiculous! Have emailed them requesting they stop or a formal complaint will be lodged.

I also joined up with Coles Car, House & Content Insurance. WTF!!!!!!!!

Our message in our phones stated we are in the US on holidays. So they put in the area code and called us at 2am in the morning in the US and didn't say anything. (17 hours difference to Aus time) no happy

Yes I also signed up coles car insurance last week. They called me up just now and said nothing.

They called, i answered as normal with a hello, nobody said anything and they hung up. Odd!

Just missed a call from them on my mob - called them back - got a 'Coles' message with no opportunity to leave a voicemail before they disconnected. Tried them again on my office phone with number hidden and it didn't even connect to ring 3 times. Called again on my mob - same Coles voicemail before disconnection. Called Little Red Quote 1300 number and after waiting for the South African call centre to check - they confirmed it WAS someone from Coles NSW. Have 2 current policies with them so I guess it's feasible.
