Rang my mobile, I answered, they hung up straight away. What did that achieve? Zero. Now blocked from ever ringing me again

They hang up - constant missed calls from this number. Time wasters.

called 4 times but didn't leave a message. very frustrating

That's illegal They're not allowed to call between 8pm & 8am

Reading the previous comments I'm glad I didn't answer coz when an election rolls around (federal/ state or local), I usually work at the polling booth & need to remain political neutral to do so.

We are getting so many of these types of calls, we let just about every call go to answering machine. They just hang up when the machine kicks in. This is a repeat offender.

scam watch says that scammers are phoning then hanging up deliberately so you call back and are charged rates the same if phoning a psychic etc. do no reply to any numberes you dont know. they say to watch for 19 and 1900 numbers too. see scamwatch site for other scammers info etc.

an absolute pain in the ass. rang 3 times in 5 minutes. answered and they hang up. bugger them BLOCK.

Another dead call

No message and who in their right mind would ring during the AFL Grand Final.

I didn't answer it but I'm on the Do No Call site for my mobile & landline and I still get these type of calls as do others in my family..Whatever happened to privacy laws?

They keep calling but nobody there. I am on the DO NOT CALL register so they shouldn't be calling anyway. It's about time Telstra did something about this.
