This is quite an easy fix. It's a very inelegant way they've done it. You'll see two odd process running in Task Manager. Stop them and then search the registry for those strange values delete them and you're done. You can contact me on Facebook.

This phone number has insinuated itself into my computer and though I rang it, it will not go away. The operator who answered told me it would cost $110 to get rid of it. He also said he was a microsoft certified technician. This is a right pain in the rear. I asked the name of the company which he gave me (and I have now forgotten), Googled it and all entries said this was a scam. I am miffed my virus protector did not pick it up.
