Got another call today which makes it 3 days in a row. Trying to sell web development services. Apparently the company is called Accenture. All three times I got this call Indians were speaking to me. Assuming it is a call centre in India. On my last call I asked how they got my number and I was told when I bought my domain name my details were pulled from the database. Looks like Crazy Domains must be selling contact details off.

For those who are reading this, block or ignore the calls, Dont wrongly cry about a shoddy domain / hosting company when they did not sell your details... when you register a domain your details are published in databases such as whois, this is normal and important if any disputes of ownership of the domain come up.

I have had 4 calls today ALONE being Monday 19 March 2018 I thought when I told them last Friday to please STOP calling and put it to them nicely to please take me off their list! They didn’t and continue to bloody call! I’ve even BLOCKED the number HOW DO THEY CONTINUE TO CALL FROM THE SAME NUMBER when I have blocked it ??!??? So frustrating !!! I do not cold call with my services as people come to me if they need design, so this does not make me want to use their services at all... it’s like bible bashers knocking down your door on a Sunday it’s not on.

I got a call today they left a message with a robot voice saying I’ll get arrested and said they were the ATO and I need to go to court over tax bullsh*t. Asking me if I had a Lawyer. I said why do I need a lawyer and how do I know you’re even the ATO??!!! They hung up on me 3 times.
Indians that can’t tell a lie to save themselves. Thanks for this website guys for a second I was like WTF!!!

CALL EVERY DAY, INDIAN TELEMRKETING... never answer, but they keep calling and I try to block them, but they have so many numbers , they change it randomly

The info is probably coming from a government website. When the domain is purchased it has to be registered. But the interesting part is how are the telemarketers obtaining the information so easily? Or is labour so cheap overseas no automation is required?

Whenever a domain name is purchased he information id freely available.
Don't blame companies you have purchased the name from!

you have to buy anonymity from these bastards, Crazy Domains probably has a $10-20/yr privacy charge you should have ticked so that they cant access the domain registration service, Crazy arent selling your details but will sell protrection

They call again and again and again every half hour, and if you block them they call from another number but same company.

Ask them to be put on the Do Not Call list. purchased a domain name and now hassled my people every day. not just this company.
