I had a missed call from this number last night. The thing is, my number is a government work mobile that is not widely distributed. How did they get it, I wonder?

just got the call and hang up. i dont understand the point to a telemarketing scam by vodaphone where they hang up before they try sell you their product? is it made so you call them back?
