No, They are not SCAMI got a call from techsupportkol.com about my computer. A person named Kelvin Jhons he told me that my computer getting slow day by day and he connect my computer to their department and fix up all the problems. I have satisfied with my computer after that. He also call to me after 15 or 20 day to know the status of my computer.

hahaha,  that clown just rang me too, I have known about this for sometime too.  I thought I would play with him and let him go on and on for 15 minutes.  Then I let him know that I am a Systems Engineer and have been an MCSE for over 10 years, he was preaching to the wrong choir and should be disgraced with himself.  He got pretty upset and told me I was "bullsh*tting" him, sounded pretty funny in an indian accent too.  He then had a hissy fit and hung up.  Definitely made my night as I know that whilst he was being tied up with me he wasn't harrassing some other poor bugger.  I feel sorry for those out there who do not know about it.

YES IT IS A SCAM.

Under no circumstances give these people access to your computer.

They get you to open a certain file on your computer and then they say "OH you have a lot of viruses, sir..."

It's a normal error file which exist on every computer. Just tell them to get F@#$%ed. It's the only way to get rid if them... or tell them you have an iMac, ha, ha.....

Received call 1st March 2011 in Melbourne Australia, claiming to have detected a problem on my computer. When I asked for their number, they gave me (02) 8005 1494 (Sydney number). He wanted to "help" me fix it now. Not likely!

(02) 8005 14954 Is a costumer care number no body can call from this number because i call to this number for resolve of my outlook problem, computer speed and for my security. They are not scamming with anyone i think.
