Have had several calls from this number in past and after they got abused by both my husband and I they still call and now I'm getting calls from them and they wait till I answer breath down the damn phone then hang up. Getting sick of the crap from them. I've been on the dnc list since we got the house phone connected and they still ring. I have renewed several times and it doesn't seem to make one bit of difference.

ReachTEL are indeed a "legit" mob. They are owned by Equifax - one of the largest international data brokering companies. AU ploitical parties (among others) use them for voice and robo-call marketing therefore they may have given access to the electoral rolls.

I heard Equifax recently suffered/reported another massive data breach - of your data.
