Go to their website www.reachtel.com then go the FAQ link located under the 'About' section. There's a link to opt out from future ANNOYING market research. Takes 24 hours for them to update their database. I opted out and haven't heard from them since after getting up to 8 calls a week. Hope this helps you all!!

Got a call last night from Reachtel - AUTOMATED political survey. Seems as though they're trying to find out whether to bung on an early election. Trouble was that they only allowed me to score "very poor" for rating political performance, they should have had a lesser scale such as "abysmal"

Re (02) 8004 3511 had a call today, Sunday afternoon. Let it go to message and of course no message. I went to their page www.reachtel.com, to the FAQ and filled in an opt out call. Govt legislation should not allow research companies to breach the Do Not Call Register, if people register it means they want no unsolicited calls. Useless oxygen thieves the lot of them.

Thanks for that. I'd never have found their opt-out form if you hadn't told us. :-)

Hahah They called my new mobile phone and I hadn't had the time to install the Who called me app. Fixed that now and thanks. Blocked them from my phone. Just saw my landline phone light up and same number on caller ID. Guess what? I've already programmed that number into my CPR Call blocker. Phone lit up, and they got the sound of a fax machine and I didn't get the ring. 7Pm of all times to call. As a business, I'm not allowed to be on the useless DNC register. I have to be this proactive and I thank you and the people who leave their experiences with spam telemarketing scum. You're all legends.

Caller: no one - hang up

Request opt out at https://www.reachtel.com.au - FAQ. I received 37 calls in 1 hour tonight between my home phone and mobile, so annoying when you have unlisted numbers.

Had call like this before. I hung up an later found several 80. Cent call charges on my phone bill from calls I did not make in clouding calls t this number.
It deems that they are collectors go charities anc collect the phone charges from any calls the make

I don't really care who they are. But I am on the do not call register, Didn't answer the call this time if they call again, I will let them know as they can be fined for calling people on the DNC register

Very annoying when they ring on a Sunday afternoon. I'm also on the do not call register. Obviously this register does not work.
