Hang up call

Another annoying call from this number yesterday morning at 10:35am and again at 4:35pm today. They continually hang up as soon as I answer the phone. As it doesn't show up on this registery, how can this number be indentified? If they are trying to sell me something they're not very good at it because they do not respond when I answer, and when it goes throught to my machine they hang up.

Further info, recalled the number as was given the option to speak in English or Russian.Left a message advising I am on the DNC registery and will be reporting them.

Is there a way of blocking a number on ones phone?

I keep getting calls from that number and they hang up.  My guess is they want you to ring back so you use their service and then charge you for it and yes I called back and had the same english and russian message which is why I think they do that.
