I have supported the SES in the past, as these guys do an awesome job. However, I refuse absolutely to donate to people who phone me. Without exception, I regard them as trolls; when I received two calls in the same day from these people who didn't leave messages, I was a bit suss. Another caller commented that he suspects this number is a spammer - I tend to agree. Calling me trolling for money is no way to get a donation from me.

Just received a call. Claimed to be from State Emergency Service looking for donations. Truecaller app on Android identified them as a scam/fraud number, so I declined. I've asked the SES about the number via their Facebook page. Will report back when they do.
