Called me today saying "who is this " "who are you"

Follow up call the day after being discharged from Tamworth Base Hospital. Very polite person who identified herself as one of the nurses on duty following up to check all was ok during hospital stay and discharge and if whether I need to make a follow up with the doctor. Very professional call. If you received this call but weren't in hospital, maybe someone you know gave your name and number as a contact.

it's the sex clinic in Tamworth and you all have the clap

I got a call from this number re fall I had recently. I let it go to the answering machine as I didn't recognise the number. Apparently it's a generic number and you can't ring back which is silly as it was a genuine call.

It is the Tamworth Hospital outgoing number. I called the Hospital to let them know. This is what we have learned as spoof calling. It's like hyjackiing your number to use for other purposes, like scamming. There robo calling device calls you and when you answer the phone it's listed for a scammer to call you again.. We learned this from you tube. Look up scammers calling.

that number does not work either .. it is two numbers short for a start, we have eight numbers plus the 02 if you are out of nsw.

cruel thing to do to oldies, especially when it comes from a hospital number.

"Hi Rowena, it's Dr Heidi (?) Julian (?) speaking from Rockler (?) and Cardiac Centre. Please call us back. Thank you. Bye"

After the missed call (02 6767 700) a text came through from 6767 7211. It’s to organise a meeting time to be assessed for community transport.

Tamworth generic phone number. you won't be connected if you call number back, but instead, call 02677700

Called back lots of telemarketers talking in background i hung up.

Called twice, asked if my name was ? I asked who it was and they hung up

Rang with no message left, called.back but disconnected advice.

Looks like this phone number is being used for SPAM calls - same thing happened to me as stated above ...... who is this....what is your name.... the minute I say ..YOU rang me - who are you .... suddenly they hang up

Called me today (14) during class spamming me saying "who is this " "who are you" and then followed up with "tell me who the f*** this is".... Don't even live in Tamworth

Had two random calls from the hospital today no one speaks on the other end one to my mobile and one to my home phone. Odd as we moved interstate from the area 2 years ago so a whole new telephone number

Most annoying when they don't leave a message. Call the number back & they say it's not connected. I hope it wasn't an emergency or anything like that, I certainly wouldn't find out about it. Not very professional for a Govt Dept.
