Very aggressive call suggesting they have registered a criminal case against my name. I will be charged with fraud and must contact them immediately or have my lawyer contact them. If they do not hear from me "be prepared to face the legal consequences". Lying b@$£@&%s!!

Definitely a scam. An Indian accented man by the name of William or Kevin, very aggressive. We have been ringing him back and repeating that he is a thief and a coward. He does ot like us................ Have reported him to the REAL ATO

Most DEFINITELY a scam call. So far the "Australian Taxation Dept" has left three messages on our answering machine threatening to send the police to get the back taxes that we owe them! They've left this number and also a mobile number for us to call back "before we send the police to arrest you!"
