We NEVER send toners out without an official order, either printed and signed or by voice recording with the buyer clearly stating they have authority to order and their company name. We take all orders back within the ten business day official cooling off period and after that at no cost to the customer if there is a genuine issue with quality.

Do not deal with this dishonest company who try to find out your make and models of printers and then send you toners without authorisation and demand payment.

They will record your call and very quick to provide this eveidence to use against you.

Typically call at high volume times of the day. Tricked our staff into buying cartridges by recording them - knew staffs name and printer models before calling. When confronted about being a scam company they get very rude and will not agree to refunds or returns. Nasty "Company" - steer clear.

Very pushy company. Do not deal with them. We have an over supply of toner and I asked if they would like to buy toner from our company (ha ha) but they were not interested.

Just had a phone call from these people, they told me they were wanting to buy back old printer cartridges and they wanted to know the printer models so they could send me out a buy back rate list.

I tried saying that we only had one printer at our office and its really old and we don't do much printing but he continued to push and push for the name of the printer.

When he didn't give in i told him i wasn't interested and he hung up on me before i could even finish my sentence.

He then called back 1 minute later and i told him that he called me just before and i had been rudely hung up on and he denied it and i said "I know it was you because you talk heaps slow!!" and he got all angry at me and said "excuse me?!?" and i said "what, is saying someone talks slow offensive??" and they said talking slow is a good quality to have so the customer can understand you have a nice weekend and hung up on me again LOL.

Had a phone call this am. Took a while for the guy to respond to me but when he did he launched into his toner/fax buyback thingy. I replied, said thanks but we are not interested and hung up. Then we had 3 phone calls from this number but when I answered they would hang up. Extremely annoying and a waste of time.

Our company also received a phone call from ECO regarding the purchase of toner. Because we needed toner I placed an order and now we receive calls all the time about the next shipment of toners. I have told them that we do not require the toner (they won't take 'no' for an answer) and they say that we agreed to the original order, so we have to accept the order. (we have enough toner to supply other customers) I have on a number occasions told them that we no longer need toner but they still phone. They will phone again in 6 months time.

Had a rude call from a Reece (male) asked for address then pushed to know the make ect of our current printer then as I did not give him the info got a sharp Have nice day an hung up on - Don't bother taking the call if you do get this number calling!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are pushy and send you unwanted products and will not refund. Absolute idiots. Charging double the toner price. They got me at a time when we needed toners and so I bought 4 and they kept sending 4 every months and would chase the accounts team for the money but would not take the product back!

Hows the rude cheek of these halfwits.

When I returned their missed call and asked what it was about, she said in an angry bogan voice, "well you called us buddy"

What a bunch of losers.

Eco print called yesterday.. bloke said he's from eco print and to "just give him my model number on my printers".

He as a bit taken back when I just replied.. "no".

Same story with us in Melbourne. Then they sent a "confirmation order". When we replied saying this was NOT confirmed, and do not send anything, they were quite pushy. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

Another scammer. Initially rang us wanting to take empty toner cartridges. Then second time they rang, said they were going to send high yield toner for us to try & give feedback. But then she started recording the conversation trying to make me putting an order at a rip off price! When I said rip off meaning they are selling their cartridges more expensive than the genuine cartridges!

Do NOTTTTT DEAL with these scammers !!!!!!! Manipulated and conned my staff into buying overpriced cartridges!! And then wouldn't do a refund !!!!

Eco Print - don't give them ANY info on your printer! Guaranteed you will get MORE calls and/or print cartridges!
