I'm calling from Telstra technical department about your internet connection

Caller: Indian scammer who said she was from Telstra Technical department

Indian woman stated there were errors coming from my computer/internet connection.
She wanted to know what keys were on my keyboard (to work out what OS I was using). This way she could give me correct instructions that would allow her access to my computer to plant viruses, download data etc.).
I told her that I bought the keyboard off the internet and it did not match my OS.

She said she knew I had Windows 7 Informed her that I did not.

Managed to keep her on for 5 mins before she got fed up and hung up.
If you get a call just keep them going and see how long you can keep them on line for.
Just do not do anything they say to your computer or they will get into it.

Remember, while they are talking to you they are not scamming others.
