Phones and hangs up and leaves a message on voice mail of a female voice saying 'goodbye'.
Block them.

They just told me they were from the tax office and we would get tax back because we are home owners. Ha ha I am an accountant so I just called him a liar in a really loud voice. These people aren't just annoying they are malevolent and will lie and steal from anyone (usually those not savvy to this kind of thing). They deserve only derision.

Tried to interest me in a solar system

2 calls in the last 4 hours. Claims to be from the government and calling in regards to tax benefits. Indian guy with a English name.

multii calls, have told them to put me on company do not call list multi times, annoying

Woman with recorded voice says goodbye when I answered. Getting more and more of these types of calls every week. WTF is going on!

asked personal questions about home ownership and household earnings. When I asked where she was from, she hung up.

Another Solar Rebate Caller! I asked politely to remove my number from their contact list and he hung up on me. I am receiving a call a day in regards to Solar Rebates - I've even asked for their ABN numbers of the business and they hang up straight away.

Caller: claimed to be from Wealth Finders

Eric Johnson (clearly not his real name) called and said he can save me money with a rebate from the ATO.
Claimed to be from wealthfinders.com.au a hurridly put together website that doesn't even get to the bottom of the home page before containing irrelevant 'filler' content.
Number is disconnected if you try to call back (against AUS DNC regulations)

Called about Government Solar Rebates... also asked if I was on do not call register during conversion.

getting fed up keeps calling no message no nothing

Against better judgement , I answered the phone and said hello and then heard the overseas transfer sound, and immediately hung up.

Solar panels. Indian lady. I told her telemarketers give me the willies and hung up!

Solar rebate caller asking if I was the decision maker in the household. I asked if I could take a message and he hung up. Caller knew my surname so must be taking numbers from the phone book.

Asked if the house was for sale and I said yes. $2.1M He said $2.2M. He said he would ring back in 30 minutes. No return call.

Caller: A pain in the butt

Continually rings, even if it goes to message bank no message left. Answer and he says they are ringing from the Government, told him he is a liar, etc etc, he hangs up ......... has to be some way of cutting this crap out, our phone home cannot block callers .... if this is a Telstra or whoever service, they need to be held more accountable for this ?????
