Caller: recorded msg in Mandarin

update: staff have reported calls from a recorded voice speaking in Mandarin which claims to be from the Chinese Embassy and may ask for personal details, payment of fines or indicate packages for collection.

Scam call in Mandarin. Hang up and ignore

I received the same phone call and hang up immediately. I have heard a few of my friends receiving the same phone call. It is scam, happened in USA and Australia. Careful.

Some kind of recording in Chinese. Blocked number.
