seems to be a recorded message from asia as there is no response from the other end except a repeated message in some asian language when called back is from a company called defcon star australia..

(02) 6228 3788 called and left a voicemail but it's in an asian language so I can't understand.
Also had the same thing yesterday from 0418 094 603 - this time I picked up the call but it was a recorded message in the same language
