just received a rooting call from this number the voice sounds so scary!!!!! claiming it's calling from the Australian Taxation Office

Left a voice to text message asking for me or my "retained attorney" to return their call. Since when do Australians have 'retained attorneys'? I won't be calling back, lol!
Does everyone else receiving these calls have an ABN or a website domain with their contact details open to the public?

ATO scam call. Indian sounding male.

SCAM Threat number.
Left voicemail to threaten arrest if I did not return call immediately.
Claimed I was under investigation by ATO. Called ATO directly and confirmed this is definitely a scam.

continues two days voice message, claiming from ATO , SPARM!

Got multiple calls yesterday saying they were from the ATO. Definitely a scam.

Almost got into him and when he asked me to buy a Itunes card. I just said can buy and told him going to the police station and he disconnected the call

Threat call saying don't try to disregard this call and asking to call them back to discuss criminal lawsuit filed under my name. Lol.

My accountant is looking after my tax obligations. I do not know why this man threatened me for an "alleged criminal offence."
