Still scamming, tried today.

They are sitting outside my house in near cyclone conditions ....apparently!!

Call from this number today, when i answered no one was there so after while i hung up. Glad i didn't chat after the hearing the comments above.

They're also surveilling my house. I might add, my house has been demolished in preparation for some building works.....Idiots.

Just got a call from (02) 6152 8679/">(02) 6152 8679 from a tax scammer leaving a message. They are targeting Qld. Please stay away from returning this call. (02) 6152 8679 is definitely a scam talking tax.

I've received the same message today. Exactly the same from the same number.

Surprised that Mr Mark Brown is still active and making these calls. I received a recorded message today as described by earlier writers. When I called back, was threaten to be arrested or settle the issue out of court by paying.

When I refused to pay and would rather talk to my tax accountant first, he passed the phone to another person pretending to be his senior officer. Realising I will no pay, hung up saying be ready to be arrested.

I reported this to ATO as well, to just make sure...

These guys should be arrested immediately.

I got called by this number today .. telling me my house was under surveillance and that I was being sued for Tax Fraud. I called the number back and asked them legal questions and if I was truly being served, they were turn up to my house with officials and paperwork. He then told me to 'Be Prepared to Be Arrested!' - then he hung up on me.

A guy with Indian accent call saying they call from ATO legal department. Just a day after I submit my Tax Return. Somehow they get the telephone numbers just after tax is submitted. ATO should investigate. They are still scamming 2 years after they started.

Just got the same phone number calling me telling me the ATO now have my address under surveillance and i had to call (02) 6152 8679 back immediately.

It was a female computer voice.

Message on mobile advising an affidavit had been sworn (my full name recited) and to contact ATO legal dept. on number ASAP. Called ATO and advised scam. reported with ATO

I received a call from (02) 6152 8679 - It delivered a message to say that the ATO is about to prosecute me for fraud and my home is under surveillance plus a lot more of intimidating stuff that they will do if I don't call them back.

They're still at it, recorded call from the above number (which happens to be a work mobile phone I only received 4 weeks ago) with the same message about tax evasion. I didn't keep listening to hear the rest of it.

Received a call on my mobile today from this number I assume that it is a scam said I has mentioned in an affidavit and court case and should call otherwise legal action would result. No mention of what organisation they calling from or what the person's name was.

Recorded message claiming to be from ATO. There is an affidavit against me and they are surveilling my house! Haha yeh right!

Just had the scam recorded message that I had a fraud charge from the ATO, that my home was being watched and should not try to escape. Waned I must phone the (02) 6152 8679 number immediately or a warrant for my arrest would be actioned. Why can't Telstra shut these people down, They've been terrorising people for ages it seems!
