'ATO' Automated Message on my answering machine leaving this number saying it was a 'time sensitive' matter. A Nicky Johnson it said. I think scam. When i tried to call the number it just made an engaged/dropped out Beep Beep Beep.

The same female voice has now left three threatening messages as delineated above, finishing off with the somewhat chilling 'Take care'! I wonder if it can be stopped by ACMA or some other authority.

Automated message supposedly from ATO threatening legal action . ATO do not use automated messages, must be bogus

I have had this message three times today thus far - scam!! Irritates me that it may be received by vulnerable people living alone and cause angst

Mine were from Nicky Johnson (03) 6121 4144

I have also had a message left from the number (02) 6145 2253. It ended in a so called threatening way. received call 21/9/15

I have had 2 phone calls from this number with the same threatening message. I have also received the same message from (02) 6121 4120 from Kelly Walker

I just got 2 phone calls on my answering machine from an american claiming to be Nicki Johnson from the ATO, Phone no (03) 6121 4123....I knew it had to be a scam

I had a call from private number today. Left a voicemail saying Nicky Johnson from ato ring back on (02) 6145 2253. When I returned the call it was Neal Michael Johnson.

Got call from this number bloody scam

if someone can locate me their exact location n address they are calling from i will reward that person $1000 n leave it rest to me

Got a call twice this morning from a private number. Ignored it, and when i checked my messages it said that I or my lawyer should call Mitchel Johnson from the ATO back immediately on (02) 6145 2253 , as it's a time sensitive issue and they were threatening legal action. I was a bit panicked as the recorded message sounded really aggressive , though the female voice did ask me to have a good day at the end of the message. Thanks to the others who have posted on here , I'm guessing it's a scam.

have had several calls from this number with same messages, automated message saying someone Johnson (couldn't understand first name) from ATO not to ignore the call, for me or my legal rep to contact asap. Tried to call but it either just rings or rings then hangs up.

I received a message telling me that it was officer Nikki Johnson from the Tax Office and that either I or my lawyer must call back immediately to avoid legal action being taken. have received at least 3 calls a day from the number for the past week, first time a msg was left. calling back the line is hung up
