Ann I have had exact same experience - but did not submit claim form - got worried when asked for my age apparently casually. Did you get a call from an "event" saying you had won and not get to know amount until next day?

I was contacted for winning 600,000 HKD. after answering shopping survey questions .Advised to fill in Claimants form and did so plus faxed it off. My driver's licence number was asked for on this form, otherwise no other private information. However I signed it. I am now worried I have been caught in scam. Name Rebecca, Ph number quoted (02) 6100 8688. Company Libai. Any one else with information to help me. I am worried!
