Definitely a crook trying to scam money on credit card. wants $5.99 to upgrade support on Internet. Rings multiple times, when you ring (02) 6100 4275 you get a room full of Indian voices.
They pretend they are from Telstra and want to upgrade the Internet maintenance The trouble is the number they were ringing in our case has no internet or computer.

Same story, claims from telstra, real pushy attitude. They are rude and likely wanting to hack my computer themselves. Worst part was my first call was received after I logged a telstra technical support call myself.

This number has been calling me for weeks, comes up private number. Claims he is from Telstra and that my computer has viruses and malicious hardware in it, I laughed at him and asked him for his number, stupidly - he gave it to me. Just another scammer.

Call from Private number posing as a Telstra worker informing me that my internet will be disconnected because Hackers are using my internet.

She asked me to run eventviewer>windows logs>System, and note that all those warnings and errors were proof of hacking!

She wanted me to type www.help1010.com in the run box and select SUPPORT 2 which prompts to install TEAMVIEWER (remote desktop app).

I asked what her name and number was, lol, I had to ask again. With conviction and a thick Indian accent she replied "My Name is Rose Watson, my number is (02) 6100 4275"

I had the same caller wanting to guide me through a process to stop anyone hacking my computer. I asked for his number so as I could call him back. This number. When he answered straight up I asked without identifying who I was if it were the dodo call center to which he said yes. I hung up and rang back 15 later and asked if it were the commander M2 call center. Same reply, yes. Dodgy scammer!
Funny, heavy Indian accent claimed his name was Peter Carter???
