Saying my internet has been hacked right now and I need to fix it or they will disconnect my internet, didn’t ask any identification questions, very rude. I said I’d call Telstra myself, she said no I’ll call when convenient

Calls frequently to report an issue with my internet OR they hang up straight away... Usually a woman with an indian accent. Becomes very rude when you suggest you don't have an internet connection or that it's not with Telstra - somewhat amusing when that stresses them out....

Saying he was from telstra and wanted to talk about my internet. He hung up on me LOL

I am fed up with this number calling me all hours day and night. Sometimes they will speak and other times they just hang up. Telstra has been informed as they have said I have a problem with internet, yet Telstra informs me they haven't called

There's a voicemail at this number telling people that "this number has been hijacked"

Scam call allegedly from James Brown from Telstra, telling me my internet usage was being compromised. A pleasant man with an Indian accent. Let him blather on for a while, wasting his time,then I laughed at him, told him that he was a pathetic scammer and a liar. He didn’t seem very happy after that and became a bit upset when I told him he should be ashamed of himself ripping people off and scamming them out of their savings. Coincidentally, LinkedIn does have a profile for a mr James Brown from Telstra - a nice looking NON INDIAN young bloke who is apparently a big shot in Telstra - in the USA. All of it sounds highly suss!

Second call I’ve had telling me something is wrong with my internet... when I asked for a return call number and a name he got very aggressive....

Two nights in a row, Indian sounding caller claiming to be from Telstra regarding our internet being hacked. I don't even use Telstra. Wish these morons would get a real job.

Has now reached harrasment level. Now calls twice a day, despite me telling them to where to go!

This number has phoned me every day this week. I called the number back today and there is an automated message saying that the number has been taken my scammers in an attempt to hide their identity. They advised that Telstra was looking into the matter.
