I ordered a home delivery order tonight and was quoted $30.40 over the phone , approx 10mins later i received a call from the windsor outlet informing me there would be a delay with delivery , Thankyou pizza hut that was wonderful customer service but there was absolutely no mention of any price difference , so you can imagine my suprise when your poor delivery person asked for $37 .90 , shame on whoever processed my order and left someone else with the ordeal , and just when you were winning customers back , NOY HAPPY PIZZA HUT , so please tell me what would have happened if i either didn't have the extra money to pay or i refused to pay the extra ? I should add i received a bottle of soft drink for the delay in delivery , i would have prefered to pay exactly what i was quoted , looking forward to hearing from someone
